The Fenice Deluxe Suite, located on the top floor, offers an intimate and refined atmosphere in an elegant open space designed for maximum relaxation. A bright and private space, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility with a touch of exclusivity.
With a surface area of approximately 40 sq m, the suite can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double bed and the sofa bed in the small living room. It features a bathroom with a large shower, a fully equipped retractable kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, two TVs, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Completing the experience is a private terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and armchairs.

Cancellation Policies
In case you need to cancel your stay, Hotel Marco Polo offers you the following cancellation conditions.
Cancellation conditions for rooms and suites:
For cancellations made between 10 days and 8 days before arrival, 40% of the reservation price will be charged.
For cancellations made from 7 days to the day before arrival, 70% of the booking price will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, the reservation will be charged in full.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in case of a pricing error, even after booking confirmation.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are rented in whole or in part.
If a deposit has already been paid, it will be refunded in the form of a voucher after considering the cancellation conditions. We do not offer refunds.
If you wish, we offer the possibility to postpone your reservation free of charge up to 10 days before arrival, by selecting another period within the same year. In this case, the free cancellation no longer applies to the new reservation, and the following conditions apply:
Charge of 40% for cancellations from the day of rebooking to 7 days before arrival.
Charge of 70% from 5 days to 1 day before arrival.
100% in case of no-show.
