In case you need to cancel your stay, Hotel Marco Polo offers you the following cancellation conditions.

Cancellation conditions for rooms and suites:

For cancellations made between 10 days and 8 days before arrival, 40% of the reservation price will be charged.
For cancellations made from 7 days to the day before arrival, 70% of the booking price will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, the reservation will be charged in full.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in case of a pricing error, even after booking confirmation.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing. These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are rented in whole or in part.

If a deposit has already been paid, it will be refunded in the form of a voucher after considering the cancellation conditions. We do not offer refunds.

If you wish, we offer the possibility to postpone your reservation free of charge up to 10 days before arrival, by selecting another period within the same year. In this case, the free cancellation no longer applies to the new reservation, and the following conditions apply:

Charge of 40% for cancellations from the day of rebooking to 7 days before arrival.
Charge of 70% from 5 days to 1 day before arrival.
100% in case of no-show.
