For us, pets are part of the family!

Upon arrival, a dog biscuit and some cuddles are the secret to making them feel at home; we also make sure they are always comfortable throughout your stay.

We use Ozonoclean technology to disinfect the rooms in-depth and avoid unpleasant odours.

To make your stay special, we have come up with a few simple but useful amenities to help you look after your pet!

You will always find the following at your disposal in your room:

  • Food and water bowls with a small welcome kit
  • A dedicated mat for your 4-legged friend to rest

At the reception upon request

  • Poo bags are always available when you take your pet for a walk
  • Information about parks and areas where your pet can run around and socialise freely
  • A veterinary’s contact details from a local specialised clinic, operating 24 hours a day
  • Dog washing services upon request
  • Delicious bites always available
  • Hygienic wet wipes
  • Perfume

Accessible areas throughout the hotel: all communal areas in our hotel are accessible to your pets, in respect of other guests (pet lovers and non) we will find suitable accommodation for breakfast.

Cleaning: To show respect of our four-legged and two-legged guests, all rooms will be sanitised at the end of your stay with specific anti-allergic detergents so that all our guests are safe and satisfied. For this reason, a final supplement (Euro 20.00 per pet) is required, which includes daily and final cleaning.

Our Hotel is part of the Bau Bau Beach project to offer a comprehensive service to our furry friends! Situated one kilometre away from our facility is a beach dedicated solely to pets; parasol and two sun loungers available by reservation; the special offer includes a percentage discount of between 10 and 20% depending on the time of year.
